Today we took the bus to San Carlos for the Shrimp Festival.

It was so crowded. Step one: buy tickets for $25 pesos each then push your way through all the food booths to decide where to spend your tickets. Food booths were sponsored by local hotels and restaurants.

Teriyaki shrimp kabobs grilled then slid into a fresh warm tortilla. Yum!

L-R: coconut shrimp, Italian shrimp on a bed of noodles with a little bolillo.

All the food was delicious. And 4 little shared plates of food were plenty for the two of us.
