Last night we drove into San Francisco to stay with Greg & Nicole for a few days. Today we drove to Oakland to see the Giants game. We arrived early enough to have a tailgate barbecue. Friends Kristie and Jeff were also there. It was Jeff's first Father's Day although the baby won't arrive until July.
Oakland Coliseum:
The game was "sold out" but it helps to have almost the entire upper tier covered by green tarps, all but that small section behind home plate AND to have so many Giants fans buy tickets. I think it was 1/3-1/2 orange in the stadium.
Final score = Oakland 2 Giants 1 =(
