Making sushi

Susie asked Fran to teach her how to make sushi, but they both asked me if this cooking lesson could take place on our boat.  Fran:

 The ingredients used were cooked shrimp, cucumber, avocado, and bean sprouts on a bed of rice and rolled in nori (seaweed).
 I always thought I didn't like sushi, but this was pretty good.  However, the nori was too strong for Susie so that came off before she ate it.  We asked to do the next cooking lesson - maybe chile rellenos (although Justin who happened to call me as everyone was leaving really wants me to learn how to make a good ceviche).
