With increased wind, the genoa came partially undone. Dick talked about going UP the mast then DOWN the forestay to un-hockle it. I talked him out of it.

This puts them right back on target of where they ought to be and want to be. Can't wait to hear Dick's explanation of what happened.
ReplyDeleteThe best news is that, although the wind between their current position and Hawaii are very slow, it should start building early tomorrow and and continue much stronger for several days.
