To Newcomb

This was a much better day. No flat tires and cooler temperatures. Raquette Lake:

The day ended with a nice surprise. The campground/store/cafe that our maps said was closed re-opened a few months ago. It was right in the town of Newcomb and had everything needed at the end of a riding day: a cold diet cola, hot shower, and the promise of a hot (non-oatmeal) breakfast in the morning. Life is good.
